Meet Bryan & Vanessa

Dear Expectant Mother,
We are forever thankful for your consideration of our profile. What you must be going through takes an enormous amount of courage and a mother’s heart to have such selfless love. You’re in our prayers as we both go navigate through this journey of adoption. Sharing DNA with our future child is not nearly as important as sharing the love in our hearts.
As of July 2022, we will be married 13 years and have known each other a total of 16 years. We lived in Montana until 2017 when God led us to move to Oklahoma to be closer to Bryan’s aging grandparents and extended family.
Vanessa has known, since the age of 17, that she physically cannot bear children of her own and was diagnosed with infertility. This was shared with Bryan early on in our relationship and he embraced their family future with open arms. We continue to support each other on the days we grieve our loss and can rest in knowing God has plans for us. We discussed the options to expand our family for many years, through conversation and much prayer it has been put on our hearts for adoption.
Bryan has worked as an Irrigation Technician for the last 10 years and currently works for City of Oklahoma City. He was raised as a harder worked and to always give his best effort. He served in the Montana Army National Guard for 6 years with a 1-year active-duty deployment to Iraq 2010-2011. Vanessa has worked in Operations as a Business Analyst for Oracle America for the past 7.5 years. Her job allows her to work from home with outstanding flexibility. We both have weekends off and plan on having a part time in-home nanny or childcare outside the home up to school age as appropriate.
We enjoy spending our weekends attending, or watching from home, OU Sooner sporting events with family and friends. We can’t wait to have a little Sooner fan to cheer on our teams with. We also enjoy family trips and experiencing new places, spending time in nature, taking walks with our dogs, or riding bikes. We look forward to including a child in our current family traditions and creating new traditions together. We are also content to stay at home, relax, and watch a good movie or barbeque outside!
We are open to adopting a child of any nationality and have prayerfully accepted God’s will in that aspect of growing our family. We come from families comprised of varying nationalities and ethnicities. We take the responsibility to expose our children to diverse situations seriously, and look forward to learning about, embracing, and teaching our child about culture(s). We hope to help him/her grow to have a humble heart and a love for God.
We don’t only strive to be a blessing to the child but to you well as we grow as a blended family. We hope to keep that bond between our families through the child’s life with an open adoption, but also want to respect your choice as the birth parent(s). No matter what is decided, the child will know they are loved so much as to be given life by you.
With Prayerful Hearts,
Bryan & Vanessa
